A file in the HyperLeda archive is identified by combining the dataset identifier and the file number.
The dataset identifier codes the HFA segment where the file is archived: "L" or "B" for Lyon or Milano/Brera. The rest of the dataset id. has a meaning of internal relevance, and be be changed in the future...
The file number is a 5 digits numerical codes. Numbers below 99000 correspond to "regular" files, and those greater correspond to "special" files.
