The http front-end is coded with HTML, Javascript, and cascading style-sheets. Note that for requests returning large volume of data or for multiple and repetitive requests it may be more convenient to access HyperLeda from a script, for example using wget, than from a web browser (the data may overflow its memory).
The http requests are issued with the GET method, as:

Main parameters
A query to HyperLeda has five elements (1) the type of request, (2) the selection in HyperLeda master index, (2) filtering according to some parameters, (4) action performed on the extracted data (pipeline) and (5) output formatting. The corresponding parameters are:
