Radial velocity (cz) with respect to the Local Group: vlg
The heliocentric velocity v is converted to the centroid of the Local Group vlg using the standard equation:
vlg = v + 316 ( sin(47.526853°)sin(de2000) + cos(47.526853°)cos(de2000)cos(325.370459°-al2000) )
where Equatorial coordinates (J2000) of the apex are obtained from Galactic coordinates l2=93° b2=-4° (Karachentsev & Makarov, 1996, AJ, 111, 794)
